2025 Board of Directors

PRIVATE ELECTION BALLOT

Note:  The election process follows Florida Law to ensure complete privacy on the part of the owner casting his/her ballot.  Please pay close attention to the  instructions listed below.

1. Vote for 7 or less.  Place a "check Mark" on the line to select your chosen candidates. 

2. Place your ballot in the small envelope stamped  "Ballot".  Seal that envelope!

3. Fill out requested information on the outside of the larger envelope to validate your vote.

4. Place smaller, sealed envelope containing your ballot into the second larger envelope.

5.Drop that "larger" envelope, which is pre printed  with the Association mailing address,  into the Association mailbox or mail it through the Post Office to that Address.

Note: The Election Committee, in a POSTED and OPEN meeting, will open, separate, and count ballots to ensure your privacy.

Ballots must be received by the Election Committee no later than the start of the Board Meeting on December 6th, 2024 to count.
