Arch Forms

Architectural Change Forms are reviewed and approved or disapproved by the Board of Directors at their next scheduled monthly meeting. Please plan your projects in advance and get approval before you start the work. Those who start the work before receiving approval face a continuing $100.00 fine.

ARC FORM  (WORD FORMAT)

Once the form opens on your computer, click download arrow at top of page.  A small screen will appear at bottom of your screen asking if you want to open or save. Click Open. It should then open in Word Format. You can then fill in form on your computer.

ARC FORM (ADOBE FORMAT)

This format requires you to print out the form and type or write in the information.

1. Save the Form on your computer so you have a record of it.

2. Email the Form to board@trhoa.org as an attachment, or drop it in our mail box or mail it to Board of Directors, 282 McClain Drive, West Melbourne FL. 32904.  Be sure  to include paint chip samples, photos of pavers and colors, rough sketch of landscape plans, measurements, plat of your property, etc.
